Personal Approach:

I work integratively which means that my work incorporates Humanistic psychology, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and Psychodynamic approaches. I also use some medical questions during assessment process to determine if the problem is medical or psychological. I am very impressed with the results of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensation and Reprocessing Therapy) and I would use this type of therapy where appropriate. My clients are always my priority and my approach is adaptable to suit your needs.
